FarKo.dk uses DAO for shipping inside Denmark and PostNord outside Denmark. Expect delivery as follows:
Denmark: When you receive your order confirmation you can expect your order within 1-4 working days.
Europe, Island,¬†Faeroes and Greenland: When you receive your order confirmation you can expect your order within 7 working days.
Rest of the world: When you receive your order confirmation you can expect your order within 10 working days.
Security in online payments
Our online store works in co-corporation with Stripe. We have protected the data, which is transferred via the internet in connection with a transaction, with assistance from SSL (Secure Sockets layer) encryption. The credit card information is sent from FarKo to Stripe via a secure and encrypted SSL-connection. FarKo will not see your card details, as this part of the transaction in managed by a certified transaction assistant.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
SL and HSTS
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including their public website. Stripe regularly audit the details of their implementation: the certificates they serve, the certificate authorities they use, and the ciphers they support. Stripe use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Chrome and Firefox.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
Stripe rapidly investigate all reported security issues. If you believe you’ve discovered a bug in Stripe’s security, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org (optionally using our PGP key at the bottom of this page). Stripe will respond as quickly as possible to your report. We request that you not publicly disclose the issue until it has been addressed by Stripe.

Damage during transport
To return your item you have 14 days to contact FarKo with your return complaint and after that another 14 days to deliver the item to FarKo. The return policy starts from the day you receive your item. The return policy will default if the item is in an obvious poor condition and will lessen the value of the item. If the returns policy is drawn on, you are responsible for the return postage. Should you wish to return your item you will of course receive the full amount you paid for it. This is done via a transaction onto your bank account once we have received the item(s) and accepted it is within our return policy. It is important we have all your bank details. Please send all correspondence and bank details so we can complete the transaction to you without delay.
